Vintage Verdi Majolica Leaf Fruit Bowl Set — Vintage Japanese Porcelain

Made in Japan, in the Majolica tradition.

One large fruit bowl and four smaller serving bowls — each shaped after a real leaf, veins pressed into the porcelain, edges following the organic outline of the form. 

Fill the large bowl with figs, peaches, or a handful of cherries. Pass the small bowls around. Or leave it on the table between meals — it holds the room just as well empty.
